Are your company's back office business process Lean? Okay, I can almost see the grimace or hear the slight chuckle from some of you, but as our industry looks to increase efficiencies across entire organizations, I wonder how many companies look at bottlenecks and waste in administrative processes.
Not to pick on human resources or billing, but has it ever been more difficult to hire a talented person or has it taken longer to invoice a customer that it should? How many times has an aircraft, component or engine left a maintenance facility without an invoice?
