Alaska Airlines today announced it promoted Ben Minicucci to staff vice president of customer service - airports/operational support. Since joining Alaska in 2004, Minicucci has served as staff vice president of maintenance and engineering, responsible for line maintenance and vendor oversight for contract maintenance. He will now lead the carrier's customer service division's vendor oversight program and oversee staff planning, training, policies and procedures.
