  • UK Accident Investigation, 100 Years On

    The UK's first aviation accident investigation report hit the streets on June 8, 1912. The probe analyzed the May 12, 1912 crash of a Flanders monoplane that killed the pilot and lone passenger. The UK AAIB has a reprint of the report (.pdf), as published in the Royal Aero Club's official newsletter.
