Bell Helicopter and its affiliate company McTurbine are trying to bundle more services for light helicopter customers. They achieved a step in accomplishing this by gaining Rolls-Royce authorization to provide MRO services for its Model 250 Series II and Series IV engines. This authorization also makes McTurbine one of about 33 MROs to be part of Rolls-Royce's Model 250 FIRST network.McTurbine received FAA approval earlier this year and is working toward supporting all Bell Helicopter platforms with engine MRO.
