Here is EASA's airworthiness directive that tells the rest of the story (or most of it, anyway) on the Dassault Falcon 7X grounding. EASA's follow-up emergency AD (.pdf) fingers "a production defect in the Horizontal Stabilizer Electronic Control Unit," noting that it "could" have contributed to the runaway stabilizer event that led to the model's grounding last month.
