The Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority published advisory material that "applies to any person holding, or intending to apply for, a Certificate of Approval for maintenance of aircraft, aircraft components or aircraft material under the provisions of Regulation 30 of CAR 1988." In other words, if you perform MRO, take note.Changes pertain to certificate holders that want to apply for maintenance certificates as well as those who want to retain their certificates.
