In speaking with a few very senior airline MRO executives today here at MRO Americas, I heard:"When it comes to performance, time on wing and TAT has to be there," said a major airline tech ops exec. He also said, "Over 50% of service orders don't come in on time.""We live and time by TAT and cycle times," said another airline exec. "TAT and the bottom line," are paramount, and "OEM engineering response time isn't satisfactory.""Late (delivered) aircraft are killer to us."Do you see a trend?
