NTSB said this morning that it is sending a team to Manila to assist in the investigation of today's accident involving a Qantas 747-400. The aircraft made an emergency landing in Manila after a loud bang was heard and the passenger cabin depressurized in flight. Upon landing, a five-foot hole was discovered in the fuselage.
