Bombardier plans to acquire ExelTech Aerospace's Saint-Laurent facilities and starting completing business jets there this fall. A Bombardier spokeswoman told me the settlement value is confidential and there's a 10 grace period before the deal will be officially approved. What made the facility attractive to Bombardier? Easy.
