Brazil's TAM reports that its Technological Center MRO business unit has been issued an FAA Part 145 repair station certificate, clearing the Sao Paulo-based shop to perform work on N-registered aircraft.The expansion of services comes on the heels of Chilean approval to do Airbus A318 work and EASA approval for A320-series, A330 and Fokker 100 work. The center said it is "in the final process" of getting certified to do Boeing 767 work.
