AAR Corp. is looking to rebrand and relocate its Aviation Worldwide Services (AWS) unit, possibly by the end of the year. Jeffrey Schloesser, who joined AAR as president of AWS earlier this month, said the company currently is in negotiations with several states about relocating the company, which AAR bought from Xe Services, the security company formerly known as Blackwater, this past spring for $200 million. AWS currently is located in Moyock, NC, not far from the Great Dismal Swamp.
