If you go by the booth of Elliott Aviation at this week’s National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) convention, you’ll see an amazing thing: a virtual video that recreates its Moline, Ill., headquarters.

The virtual tour will appear on large high-definition screens in our booth, C11218, showcasing complete capabilities of Elliott Aviation's Moline headquarters, says Marketing VP Greg Sahr.  “This includes our factory-authorized service center for all Hawker Beechcraft airframes and Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 light jet aircraft, avionics and airframe modification hangars, downdraft paint facility, cabinetry and upholstery fabrication shops, design studio and new accessories shop,” he says.

The tour will be interactive through two touch screens located at the front of the booth, says Sahr. “It enables the viewer to click on a map to `visit’ different areas of our Moline facility, and to watch short videos that provide an overview of our capabilities,” he says.  “We will also have the tour set up in our meeting room for private viewings.”

Elliott Aviation worked with Silver Oaks of Moline, Ill., to create the virtual tour. The tour isn't `live’ per se, but does offer a real-world perspective of our facilities that make it feel as though you are there,” he says.

The virtual tour includes all of our operations at Quad City International Airport, including:

    • Ramp & FBO Lobby
    • Our two maintenance and avionics hangars
    • Upholstery and cabinet shops
    • Paint stripping and aircraft prep hangar
    • Industry-leading paint booth
    • Detail paint bay
