As various vendors of trainer aircraft line up for what is likely to be a "hit threshold requirements with minimal margin and have a shoot-out based on cost" competition for a new Air Force trainer, I find it highly doubtful that a maximum Mach number of 3.2, or a 200,000 foot ceiling, will be even listed as objectives. Back in the 1960s, however... It would have been a great trainer for ISINGLASS...
