The Australian Defense Department has released images recording the departure of the final three RAAF Boeing 707 tankers to the U.S. under the new ownership of Omega Aerial Refueling Services. Three ex-33SQN Boeing 707-338Cs were retired by the Australian Air Force in 2007 and 2008. Reactivated for the ferry flight to the U.S., the three each made a checkout test flight before departing from RAAF Base Richmond.
