The first flying course of the Tactical Leadership Program (TLP) at its new home in Albacete, Spain, is taking place from 9 November to 4 December. Ten nations are involved in the course: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and United States.Luftwaffe Tornado RecceParticipating aircraft include F-16s and Mirages from several air forces, US Air Force F-15Cs, Spanish air force EF-18s, RAF Harriers, French navy Super Etendards, and Italian and German Tornadoes, including Luftwaffe Recce versions.
