NASA will attempt to launch the space shuttle Endeavour to the International Space Station at 4:14 a.m. EST Monday, working a 24-hour turnaround after last night's weather scrub.Mission managers decided to go for the launch after forecasters predicted more of the same scattered overcast that thwarted the first attempt. Weather at Kennedy Space Center is expected to worsen later in the week.Managers will meet again st 6:15 p.m. EST today to decide whether to go ahead and fuel the shuttle for a launch try tonight.
