Austrian carrier InterSky will be the first in that country to operate ATR regional airliners with an order today for two ATR72-600s, valued at $47 million.
The first of the 70-seat aircraft will be delivered in December, and the second in March 2013.
The ATRs will be stationed at the company’s base in Friedrichshafen, Germany and will enable InterSky to increase frequencies on main routes, such as to Berlin and Dusseldorf.
